By accessing or using Texter Captcha Solver ("the Service"), including the website and browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Texter Captcha Solver is an AI-powered browser extension that automatically recognizes and fills captcha fields on supported government portals. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each captcha solve consumes one credit from your account balance.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• One account per individual. Sharing API keys is not allowed.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are consumed at a rate of one credit per successful captcha solve.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except at our sole discretion.
• Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models.
• Abuse the Service by sending excessive requests designed to overwhelm our servers.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your API key or credits to third parties.
• Use the Service to bypass security measures on websites for malicious purposes.
• Use automated tools to create multiple accounts for abuse.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates.
• Technical issues beyond our control.
• Changes to supported portal websites that require model retraining.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we aim for 99.8% accuracy, captcha solving accuracy may vary based on:

• The specific portal and captcha type.
• Image quality and rendering conditions.
• Changes to portal captcha systems.

Failed solves still consume credits as the AI processing occurs regardless of the outcome.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, software, branding, and materials related to Texter Captcha Solver are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Texter Captcha Solver be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
